We are passionate about digital transformation
Authentic
We wanted to create an emotionally engaging experience for patients. We wanted this to be seen as authentic and show a more proactive side of the NHS to its patients.
Joined-up
By allowing patients to check-in we are making them more 'invested'. They respond to a text and have to show us, using a set of questions, that they want their procedure to take place. If they check in, we then take this information and put it in front of the right person to approve automatically and without manual intervention - delivering a real joined-up process.
Built on relationships
Let's face it, the key to successful management of the surgical list is the ability of secretaries/list managers to do their job well. Secretaries field the calls from patients and ensure that their clinicians are well organised. We have built our software around these interconnected relationships.
Designed for humans
We want all of our users to have a great experience, whatever the tasks we are asking them to perform. We do know, however, that they are just that; human. They are flawed and are driven by lots of subconscious biases. With this in mind, we designed a product that would make life simpler - for the patient (making their visit to the hospital a worthwhile one), for the secretary (delivering all the information they need to manage lists and patients all in one place), and the surgeon (ensuring their list is complete).
